SVA is built around three founding principles; 1) providing meaningful employment for disabled veterans 2) Customer Service. With SVA customer service, you will never have an automated machine answer your call nor have a stranger on the other end of the phone.
SVA provides our customers with dedicated support, you will know and be able to build a relationship with your assigned representative. With limited to no turn over, this person will be there for your business for a long time to come. 3) A customized approach. While the inside of every truck may look the same, our customer’s needs are not. This customized approach isn’t just limited to transportation, in many cases we provide invoicing and technology integration to streamline services to generate efficiencies.
